The easy-to-mix putty combines quickly and changes from brown and white to a uniform golden-brown color, making it easy to confirm complete mixing before application.
This high-strength epoxy develops up to 750 PSI bond strength and withstands continuous temperatures up to 232°C (450°F) and intermittent temperatures up to 260°C (500°F). It provides excellent resistance to water, oil, and most common solvents, making it suitable for demanding repair environments. After curing for approximately 8 hours, you can drill, sand, thread, machine, or paint the repaired surface to achieve a professional finish.
Use Permatex High Temp Epoxy to repair engine blocks, exhaust manifolds, tailpipes, mufflers, machinery, cast metal components, and other high-temperature metal parts. The durable titanium-reinforced formula restores damaged surfaces without welding in many repair situations and delivers reliable performance under heat, vibration, and mechanical stress.
