Belite Powe Steel is a high-strength, two-part metal-filled epoxy adhesive manufactured by the Belite Epoxy Corporation. It consists of a resin and a hardener that, when mixed, trigger a chemical reaction to form an exceptionally durable, metallic bond. It is widely used for industrial, automotive, and household repairs
Common Applications
Plumbing & Tanks: Repairing cracked pipes, sealing pinholes in hydraulic apparatus, and patching leaking metal or concrete fluid tanks.
Machinery Maintenance: Fixing worn bearings, fractured castings, and rebuilding machinery foundations.
Automotive Repairs: Sealing cracked sheet metal, leaky radiators, or minor engine component housings.
Step-by-Step Application Guide
Clean the Surface: Ensure the target area is completely dry and free from rust, oil, grease, or paint. Roughing up the surface with sandpaper improves adhesion.
Mix Equally: Squeeze or scoop equal parts from the two tubes (Resin and Hardener). Mix them thoroughly until the paste attains one completely uniform color.
Apply Immediately: Smear the mixture over the crack, hole, or joint. If you are using the Super Fast version, work quickly as it starts hardening within 4 minutes.
Cure: Allow it to sit undisturbed. Let normal-cure variants sit for at least 2 to 3 hours before subjecting them to any mechanical stress or machining.
