How to Use Fixo 88 PU Foam
First, clean the application surface thoroughly and remove dust, grease, and loose particles. Lightly moisten dry surfaces to improve curing. Next, shake the can vigorously about 20 times before use. Attach the spray nozzle securely, hold the can upside down, and apply the foam evenly into the gap or cavity. Afterwards, allow the foam to expand naturally without overfilling the space. Once cured, trim any excess foam with a knife if necessary. For outdoor use, paint or coat the cured foam to protect it from UV radiation.
Safety Precautions
Always store and transport the can in an upright position. Keep it at room temperature for at least 12 hours before use. Wear protective gloves, safety glasses, and suitable clothing during application. Use only in well-ventilated areas and avoid inhaling vapors. Keep the product away from direct sunlight, open flames, and temperatures above 50°C. Never puncture or burn the container, even after use, and always keep it out of the reach of children.
