Zepoxy 100 is an all-purpose, two-component epoxy adhesive that provides strong and durable bonding for a variety of materials.
Why Is Zepoxy 100 Useful?
Zepoxy 100 is useful for bonding materials such as metal, wood, ceramic, concrete, textile, glass, leather, and more. In addition, its two-component formulation makes it suitable for a wide range of repair, assembly, and bonding applications.
Zepoxy 100 Epoxy Adhesive contains epoxy resin and hardener. When you mix both components in the recommended ratio, they form a workable adhesive paste that you can apply to suitable bonding surfaces.

The recommended mixing ratio is 1 part Part A to 0.8 part Part B. Therefore, measure the components accurately and mix them thoroughly before application.
Once mixed, Zepoxy 100 remains workable for approximately 20 to 50 minutes. It becomes tack-free within 90 to 120 minutes at 23°C. However, allow up to 7 days at 23°C for full curing.

Shelf Life & Storage
Zepoxy 100 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture when you store it under normal warehouse conditions in its original, unopened packaging.
However, extreme temperatures and high humidity may reduce the product’s shelf life. Therefore, store the product properly and keep the packaging sealed until use.
Health & Safety
Zepoxy 100 is regarded as non-hazardous for transportation. Nevertheless, handle the product carefully during application.
You can wear protective gloves and a suitable mask while applying the adhesive. In addition, do not reuse empty bags or containers. Dispose of used packaging according to applicable local rules and regulations.
