Application Instructions
Preparation: Ensure the target surface is dry, clean, and entirely free of dust or grease. Lightly sand the area if needed.
Mixing: Stir the contents well manually until you get a uniform color.
Coating: Apply using a paint brush, roller, or rubber squeegee. You must apply a minimum of 2 layers to build a required minimum thickness of 2 mm. Wait roughly 10 minutes between layers.
Reinforcement Tip: For major cracks or structural gaps, embed Bison Rubber Seal Textile Tape directly onto the wet first layer before immediate application of the second coat.
Curing: It becomes dust-dry in 3 hours, can handle rain/water loads after 12 hours, and reaches full cure within 48 hours.
