How to Use
First, ensure both surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, oil, or moisture. Next, roughen the mating surfaces using medium-grade sandpaper or emery cloth. Apply an even coat of FIXO Super Strong PVC Weld to both the pipe and fitting using a clean, dry brush, applying a slightly heavier coat to the pipe end. Immediately assemble the components while the cement is still wet and hold them firmly together for 20 seconds. Remove any excess adhesive and avoid disturbing the joint for at least 5 minutes. Allow approximately 8 hours before applying working pressure and 24 hours before pressure testing for maximum bond strength.
