It becomes tack-free within 90–120 minutes at 23°C and reaches full curing strength after 7 days at 23°C for maximum durability.

Safety & Shelf Life
Zepoxy 100 is regarded as non-hazardous for transportation. Do not reuse empty containers, and dispose of them according to local regulations. Wearing protective gloves and a suitable mask during application is recommended. The product has a 12-month shelf life when stored in its original unopened packaging under normal warehouse conditions. Excessive heat and humidity may reduce its shelf life.
