How to Use
First, ensure the pipe and fitting surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, oil, and moisture. Lightly roughen the mating surfaces using medium-grade sandpaper or emery cloth. Next, apply an even layer of FIXO PVC Weld to both the pipe end and fitting socket using a clean brush. Immediately assemble the components while the cement is still wet and hold them firmly together for approximately 20 seconds. Afterwards, remove any excess cement and avoid disturbing the joint for at least 5 minutes. Allow approximately 8 hours before applying working pressure and 24 hours before pressure testing.
Safety Precautions
FIXO PVC Weld is highly flammable. Keep it away from heat, sparks, and open flames. Use the product only in well-ventilated areas and avoid contact with the eyes, skin, and mouth. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with clean water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention if irritation continues. Store the container in a cool, dry place below 25°C, keep it tightly closed after use, and keep it out of the reach of children.
