How to Use FIXO Super Strong PVC Weld
First, clean both surfaces thoroughly and ensure they are dry, free from dust, grease, oil, and moisture. Next, roughen the mating surfaces with medium-grade sandpaper or emery cloth. Apply an even coat of FIXO Super Strong PVC Weld to both the pipe and fitting using a clean brush, applying a slightly heavier coat to the pipe end. Immediately assemble the components while the adhesive remains wet and hold them firmly together for approximately 20 seconds. Remove excess adhesive and avoid disturbing the joint for at least 5 minutes. Allow approximately 8 hours before applying working pressure and 24 hours before pressure testing to achieve maximum bond strength.
