Zepoxy Table Top – Deep Pour Epoxy Resin for Tables & Furniture
Zepoxy Table Top, also known as Zepoxy Tabletop Deep Pour, is a retarded clear epoxy casting system designed for table tops, furniture, epoxy countertops, and other deep-pour casting applications. In addition, it offers a long open time for precise article placement and complete bubble removal. Furthermore, the system contains inbuilt UV inhibitors and provides excellent visual properties.
For table-making and furniture projects, this epoxy resin for tabletops provides a long working time for careful casting. As a result, users have more time for article placement and bubble removal. Moreover, the system helps avoid high exothermic reactions and the resulting shrinkage after curing.
Why Choose Zepoxy Table Top?
Zepoxy Table Top is designed for applications where clarity, controlled curing, and sufficient working time are important. Therefore, it is suitable for users looking for epoxy for tables, furniture casting, epoxy countertops, and deep-pour projects.
- Retarded clear epoxy casting system
- Long open time for precise article placement
- Extended working time for bubble removal
- Inbuilt UV inhibitors
- Excellent visual properties
- Controlled exothermic reaction
- Helps reduce shrinkage after curing
- Suitable for table tops, furniture, and epoxy countertops
Epoxy Resin for Tabletops
Epoxy resin for tabletops requires accurate mixing, controlled pouring, and suitable working time. Zepoxy Table Top provides a long pot life, allowing users more time for article placement and bubble removal before the epoxy starts to harden.
In addition, the recommended pouring thickness is 0.5 inch to 1 inch for pours above 5 kg. However, exceeding the recommended thickness may result in yellowing, bubble entrapment, and/or cracking.
Epoxy for Tables and Furniture
Zepoxy Table Top works for table tops, furniture projects, epoxy countertops, and decorative casting applications. Moreover, its clear appearance and excellent visual properties suit projects where the final appearance of the cured epoxy matters.
When working with larger quantities, pour the epoxy soon after mixing. Also, consider the working temperature because higher temperatures reduce the working time.
Deep Pour Epoxy Casting System
Zepoxy Table Top is a deep pour epoxy casting system with a theoretical mix ratio of 100:50 for Part A and Part B. Additionally, the system provides a long pot life for casting applications. This allows users to manage article placement and bubble removal during the casting process.

How to Mix Zepoxy Table Top
The mixing ratio must be accurately followed to achieve proper results. Therefore, changing the ratio can prevent the epoxy from drying properly and may lower its mechanical properties.
- First, pour the hardener.
- Next, add the resin.
- Then, follow the 100:50 Part A to Part B mixing ratio.
- Afterward, mix the components thoroughly but slowly for 3–4 minutes.
- Finally, ensure an even consistency before pouring.
Slow and thorough mixing helps achieve an even consistency during preparation.
Temperature and Pouring Guidelines
At higher mixing quantities, pour the epoxy soon after mixing. Also, do not exceed the recommended thickness of 1 inch.
Furthermore, at every 8°C temperature increase, the working time will be reduced to half. Therefore, plan the pouring according to the working temperature and quantity being mixed.
